No. Emory publishes housing and dining as separate charges, and residential students must carry an eligible dining plan.
For 2026–27, residence-hall room rates and dining-plan prices are published separately. First-year students are automatically enrolled in Plan A for fall and spring unless they make an eligible plan change, so the meal plan should be added to the room rate when comparing total on-campus cost.
