What are the current move-in and move-out dates?
For Fall 2026, Emory lists move-in for all incoming first-year and transfer students not in a pre-orientation program on Saturday, August 22, and returning second-, third-, and fourth-year students on Sunday, August 23. Classes begin Wednesday, August 26. For Spring 2027, move-in is Friday, January 8, classes begin Tuesday, January 12, and move-out dates are Friday, May 7 for students not participating in commencement and Tuesday, May 11 for students with departmental approval to participate.
