No. A housing guarantee does not guarantee a preferred residence hall, room type, or roommate.
Emory’s 2026–27 agreement expressly preserves University discretion over assignments and says the guarantee is for University housing, not a particular facility or accommodation. First-year students also cannot choose a specific building.
