Use Towson's residence descriptions to identify the features of the actual university assignment. The residence descriptions describe furnished university rooms and apartment-style communities, with building-specific kitchen, furniture and shared-space differences; the university contract also controls residence and dining terms. A feature listed for one hall or university apartment is not evidence of what an independently owned rental includes. For a private option, obtain that property's lease, furniture inventory, utility allocation and management contact separately. Campus amenities, break permissions and university release rules should not be copied into the private lease or used as evidence of private rent or occupancy. Separate Towson's university housing agreement from the proposed private lease. The university contract controls its own academic-year occupancy, dining and break arrangements. A private landlord's lease and the applicable jurisdiction's rules must be checked separately; university fees, room conditions, cancellation rules or break access do not transfer automatically. The Baltimore County registration page is relevant only after the parcel is actually confirmed within that county and does not itself approve a property or exemption. Obtain the actual documents and responsible landlord or university contact for the option being considered before comparing obligations.
