For a mold condition materially affecting health or safety, the landlord may require relocation for up to 30 days and must provide a selected comparable dwelling or hotel without housing cost to the tenant. Rent under the original lease continues. The landlord pays relocation and remediation unless the mold resulted from the tenant's statutory noncompliance; other post-relocation expenses are not automatically covered.
