The 2026–27 housing agreement states that exempted students may be quarantined off campus at their own expense during an outbreak, with no room-and-board refund under that clause. Keep that contingent lodging exposure separate from ordinary room charges and obtain the actual university instructions if it occurs. Approval of an exemption does not promise uninterrupted residence access or reimbursement.
