UT lists three university-affiliated options for off-campus living: 2400 Nueces Apartments in West Campus, University Apartments, and East Campus Graduate Apartments. 2400 Nueces is for students with at least sophomore standing and works like on-campus housing with resident assistants, a 24-hour front desk, resident programming, utilities included, and furnished studios through four-bedroom units.
