No. A housing assignment does not guarantee a requested hall, room type, roommate or accessibility-specific placement.
The 2026–27 Housing Agreement allows UTampa to assign residents to University-owned, operated or contracted housing and expressly avoids guaranteeing a specific room or accommodation. Room and roommate requests are preferences subject to eligibility and inventory.
