Residents must check out properly, remove belongings, clean the assigned space and return any required keys or access items by the published deadline.
For Fall 2026, UTampa directs students to leave within 24 hours of their last exam or by Friday, Dec. 18 at 10 a.m., whichever comes first, unless approved otherwise. Residents coordinate checkout with the RA, remove all personal property and follow the current damage/abandoned-property procedures.
