Yes. Every UTampa residential student must have a meal plan.
The 2026–27 Housing Agreement requires all residents to carry a meal plan. The seven-meal option is limited to Palm, Straz and Urso residents because those communities provide kitchen access; other residents choose from the eligible plans.
