University of Southern Maine: Can an upper-year USM resident budget an unapproved early arrival?
DIRECT ANSWER
No current inventory, underwriting, professional assignment or publication permission inferred. Source effective period: 2026–27 rates page; duration wording conflicted.
No. The page lists $35/night requests after first year and says approval depends on staffing and room readiness; first-years must arrive at their assigned time. The section has conflicting three/five-night wording, so no maximum stay is adopted.
