If it’s urgent

For emergency repairs, call Housing Support at 919-966-2471 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. After hours, on weekends, or during extended holidays, contact your resident advisor or the RA on duty for more immediate help.

Facilities also says emergency repairs should always be called in to Customer Service at 919-962-3456 so they can respond quickly.
The customer service line is monitored by UNC Police during evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
If the issue is a facility emergency at night or over the weekend, the RA route is the stated after-hours path.
