DIRECT ANSWER

Source guidance recorded on 2026-10-15. Confirm the applicable policy year, cohort and property jurisdiction before relying on time-sensitive facts. The Continue02 retained source excerpt does not establish an academic-year or billing-period label for the listed price, or a blanket incoming-student roommate choice. Preserve each stated audience and qualification.

The retained upperclassmen housing source says freshmen are assigned by the university, while upperclassmen may request roommates or suitemates. Requests must be mutual and remain subject to availability and other placement factors.
