Is parking included in NAU housing, including for out-of-state vehicles?

Original source observation: October 16, 2026. Primary-source review: October 17, 2026. Confirm current dates, costs, eligibility and availability with the linked publisher. Campus facts and general planning guidance do not determine an individual property's lawful use, employment benefits or mortgage eligibility.
Plan for separate parking authorization: NAU says a university permit or paid short-term parking is required to park on campus. The housing inclusions described on these pages do not establish that a permit is included. Check current permit options and charges for the student's residence and vehicle.
