Is NAU campus housing open for the 2026–27 academic year, and when does the next cycle open?
DIRECT ANSWER
Original source observation: October 16, 2026. Primary-source review: October 17, 2026. Confirm current dates, costs, eligibility and availability with the linked publisher. Campus facts and general planning guidance do not determine an individual property's lawful use, employment benefits or mortgage eligibility.
NAU’s application page lists 2026–27 academic-year housing as open and lists October 1 at 9 a.m. MST as the opening for 2027–28 academic-year and Spring 2027-only applications. Check the housing portal for current access and availability; October 1 is the published opening date rather than an upcoming date to wait for.
