Campus facts and general planning guidance do not determine an individual property's lawful use, employment benefits or mortgage eligibility.
NAU Human Resources maintains a Faculty & Staff Temporary Housing and Relocation Resources page specifically as a starting point for faculty and staff new to the area. It links to several housing-search and short-term-lodging resources, but NAU expressly says the list is informational, is not exclusive, and advises using discretion before booking online or transferring funds without meeting the owner/landlord; verify listing availability and terms directly.
