By CollegeHousing.ai · Source record dated

DIRECT ANSWER

Source guidance recorded on 2026-10-15. Confirm the applicable policy year, cohort and property jurisdiction before relying on time-sensitive facts. The record addresses upper-division, transfer and graduate availability. Historical first-year guarantee wording must retain its separate audience and source date.

The housing FAQ says first-year capacity is available but does not guarantee assignments for upper-division, transfer or graduate students.
