Housing & Residential Education reviews the request and sends its decision to the student’s USF email. Academic accommodations use the separate Student Accessibility Services process. The housing office considers reasonable requests subject to available space.

The FAQ lists May 1 for new fall students, October 1 for new spring students and February 1 for continuing students; later requests are still considered, subject to space.
