Log into the housing portal and open the Maintenance Request tab, then fill out and submit the form. UTSA Housing says HVAC problems like A/C issues can be reported as a housing maintenance request, and the Housing FAQ says the request is also available through the housing portal’s Maintenance Requests tab or the TMA website.

- Give as much detail as possible in the Action Requested field.
- If you need to track it, UTSA Facilities says you’ll get an email work order number after submission.
If the HVAC problem is urgent
UTSA Facilities says urgent building maintenance issues can be reported by phone at 210-458-4262 during business hours or 210-458-5277 after hours. The Facilities page also says the request is processed by the Facilities Service Center, which emails a work order number after it is submitted.
