Yes. UT publishes full-payment, term-payment and installment options.
For 2026-27, UT's residence-hall rate page allows payment in full, by term, or through six installments. Paying by term has no additional charge. The six-installment option adds $50 each term and uses three payment dates in fall and three in spring. The institutional rules also recognize full, semester and installment structures.
