UT's 2026-27 Student Conduct rules identify unauthorized use, possession, sale, distribution or consumption of alcoholic beverages on University property, including residence halls, as alcohol misconduct. They also prohibit improper alcohol conduct such as underage possession or consumption and providing alcohol to a minor. Residents are also subject to the Residence Hall Manual.
