University Housing & Residence Life says CU Boulder offers undergraduate housing, graduate and family housing, off-campus housing help, and CORE Housing sober living. Undergraduates can use residence or apartment-style halls, while graduate and family housing is for graduate students, PhD students, post-doctoral researchers, and students with families.

If you are moving off campus
CU Boulder’s Off-Campus Life office says there are over 22,000 students living off campus, and after freshman year many students move into Boulder’s student-populated neighborhoods. The university also notes there is no single “Student Only Neighborhood” in Boulder, so the right area depends on your lifestyle.
