TWU says all maintenance issues, including HVAC, must be submitted through its work request system. For housing on the Denton campus, the FAQ says to complete the Work Request Form and select Denton Campus and Denton Housing for Facility and Repair.

- If you call Facilities Management, you’ll still be directed to submit a work request online.
- After submission, TWU emails you when it’s submitted, accepted into a work order, and completed.
What happens next
TWU says Facilities Management reviews the request first. If it’s approved, they create a work order; if not, they notify you. For routine, non-emergency work orders, TWU says technicians are on site within 5 to 7 business days.
- Routine, non-emergency HVAC issues are not instant fixes.
