Mail is picked up at the campus post office attached to the Student Union and Dining Hall, and campus security is available 24/7.

Parking and arrival
Menlo says campus parking requires a visitor pass or permit between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM daily, with a different window for the Dining Hall lot. First-year students are not permitted to park cars on campus, and parking permits use the vehicle license plate as the permit.
- The flagpole area at the main entrance is the only approved drop-off and ride-share spot.
- Food and grocery drop-offs go to 45 Alejandra Avenue next to Kratt Hall.
- Having a permit does not guarantee a parking space.
