Menlo College: What happens at move-out, and what do we do with belongings?

Students must follow distributed checkout instructions, clean and empty the room, complete an inspection/checkout, and leave by the deadline.
Menlo sends end-of-semester instructions before move-out. Rooms must be broom-clean and free of belongings/trash; a Community Advisor or housing staff member inspects the room unless the student uses Express Checkout. Improper or late move-out can create fees and damage/cleaning charges.
