Where can graduate students park securely?
Georgia Tech’s secure, covered bike parking is available to students, faculty, and staff, so graduate students can use the same campus bike rooms. The listed secure locations are W02: Student Center Deck, W22: Dalney Deck, and E81: Tech Square Deck.
- W02 is accessed by the pathway between Exhibition Hall and Student Center, behind the BuzzCard office.
- W22 is accessed from Dalney Street.
- E81 is accessed from the pedestrian entrance on William Street.
How do they get access?
To use the bike rooms, you need your BuzzCard and you must complete bike or scooter registration with the Georgia Tech Police Department. After registration, access is added to the BuzzCard.
- The bike rooms are opened with BuzzCard access.
- PTS says all campus cyclists are encouraged to register their bikes.
- PTS recommends securing bikes with a U-lock and locking the frame, not the wheel.
