Georgia Tech's 2026–27 contract requires residents to remain eligible full-time students. A student who withdraws or is involuntarily removed is no longer housing-eligible and generally must move out within 48 hours; other status changes such as graduation, transfer or approved away programs should be documented through Housing because financial consequences depend on the contract and timing.
