No. A housing contract does not guarantee a specific building, room type, room, or roommate.
Georgia Tech allows students to search/select from available inventory during their assigned process, but the 2026–27 contract reserves the University's ability to assign or reassign space and says preferences and roommate requests are not guaranteed.
