For 2026, new-resident applications opened February 2 and current-resident applications opened March 2.
Incoming students must first confirm enrollment, then use MyHousing to submit the housing application, room/meal preferences, the $50 application fee and $150 housing down payment. CSUMB's 2026 application page lists February 2 for new residents and March 2 for current residents.
