Blinn College–Bryan international student housing before an off-campus lease starts

What to do first

Arrange a place to stay off-campus for the gap before your lease begins. Blinn states that on-campus housing is not open prior to International Student Orientation, so students must make alternative arrangements before it opens. For Bryan Campus students, securing off-campus housing is the student’s responsibility.

• Blinn says you may not move in early, so don’t plan on a lease override or an automatic early arrival.
• The International Team does not assist with securing housing.
• The housing office requires a student to be registered for at least 12 credit hours before receiving an assignment, and payment can be satisfied through full payment, an installment plan, or scholarships.
