About Julie Allen

AZReal estate license
#SA662016000

I’m Julie Allen, a Realtor with eXp Realty serving Greater Phoenix, including Scottsdale and Tempe. If you’re considering a home near Arizona State University, I can help you compare communities and plan a purchase or sale around your priorities. I work with first-time buyers, relocating households and second-home purchasers.

My hospitality and marketing background shapes the way I introduce an area and prepare a home for sale. For sellers, that includes staging, photography, video, descriptive copy and market analysis. Before entering real estate, I lived and worked in Singapore, China and Mexico; I also know the experience of moving to Arizona from the East Coast.

Whether you’re arriving from another region or making a local move, tell me how you want to live and when you hope to move. Let’s explore the property choices and next steps that fit your plans.

Broadmor

Modern Phoenix documents Broadmor’s midcentury houses in the area between Broadway Road, Alameda Drive, College Avenue and Rural Road. The City also lists pollinator-garden funding for Broadmor. Compare the condition, shade and actual ASU route of the home you are considering.

  • Modern Phoenix describes low-sloping rooflines and clerestory windows in its local architectural survey; confirm the design and condition of the individual home.
  • The City grant page records approved funding for a Broadmor pollinator garden, not proof that the project is complete. Broadmor Place is a distinct name in the City’s tree-grant list.

Mitchell Park

The City identifies the Mitchell Park East and West neighborhoods in west Tempe, and lists the park at Mitchell Drive and Ninth Street. Compare the home’s position, crossings and route to your ASU destination rather than treating every address as the same trip.

  • The official park listing includes a dog park, playground and sports facilities; confirm the facilities and access that matter to you.

Holdeman

Holdeman’s neighborhood association reports that its Hardy Drive bike-lane mural project was completed in March 2025. Compare the home’s actual connection to Hardy Drive and the ASU route you would use, including crossings, parking and existing shade.

  • The association’s separate tree-planting page still describes a funding-dependent proposal; inspect existing trees and irrigation rather than assuming planned work is complete.
  • The mural project does not establish a safe or fast route for every address; verify your complete campus trip.
