- Open Gmail on a computer. Select Settings → See all settings → General.
- Find Signature. Choose Create new, or select the signature you already use.
- Choose Copy signature here. In Gmail’s signature editor, paste below your existing signature for Append; clear the old block first for Replace.
- Choose the signature defaults for new emails and replies. Scroll down and select Save Changes.
- Compose a new email to yourself. Check the phone, email, campus and property links. Read it on your phone and with remote images blocked.
Send yourself a test email. Mail apps can change spacing or block remote images.
If formatted copy is unavailable, download HTML, open it in your browser, and copy the rendered signature. Use plain text for mail apps without formatting.
